Videovision Entertainment is currently developing film studios and related facilities in Cape Town and Durban.  These developments will provide state-of-the-art facilities with the latest technology and are situated in Faure in Cape Town and the Natal Command site on Durban's beachfront (next to the SunCoast Casino). Also under construction at present is The Pearls Of Umhlanga, a luxury residential development on the coastline, north of Durban.

CAPE TOWN FILM STUDIOS

Construction of the state-of-the-art, Cape Town Film Studios is currently underway and is due to open in March 2010.  The development covers an area of 200 hectares with 60 hectares for film studios and associated facilities and the balance for commercial, industrial and residential development.   

DURBAN FILM CITY

The Natal Command site in Durban is a 23 hectare site will primarily feature film studios and will also include entertainment and tourism related facilities on a site that is acknowledged as the prime beachfront site in South Africa.

PEARLS OF UMHLANGA

The acquisition of a prime property in the much sought-after tourism belt of Umhlanga, north of Durban, is currently in development.  This is a prestigious, seven-star residential complex known as The Pearls Of Umhlanga which will ultimately comprise of approximately 400 luxury apartments, with 150 of these already completed while another 90 apartments will be completed by September 2009.
